Mazon home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Mazon fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 0.4% decrease over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mazon in the third quarter of 2019.
