North Utica home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in North Utica rose by $49,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 54.7% increase over the $90,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Utica in the first quarter of 2019.
