Lake Holiday home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Lake Holiday fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 33.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 9.4% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,535, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
