CITY OF EARLVILLE: Meeting Of The City Committee Of The Whole Will Be On January 6, 2021

City of Earlville issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.

In light of the current COVID-19 public health emergency and pursuant to Public Act 101-0640, I, Mayor Michael S. Hall, determine that an in-person meeting is not practical, prudent nor in the best interest of the citizens as a result of the COVID-19 public health emergency. The meeting of the City of Earlville Committee of the Whole will be held remotely, by electronic means, on January 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting will be opened up at 6:30 p.m. so as to allow ample time for everyone wanting to attend to join the meeting. If you have a problem joining the meeting, please call 815-246-9588 prior to the start of the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Anyone who would like to speak during Public Voice must call (815-246-9588) and leave a message or email deputyclerk@earlvilleil.org by 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2021 to be placed on the public voice list.

Any person wishing to have a written comment read at the meeting, during Public Voice, must submit such statement prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2021 by placing the statement in the drop box at City Hall or emailing it to deputyclerk@earlvilleil.org.

Everyone attending the meeting electronically is asked to keep their microphone muted, except when speaking, to keep any background noise from interfering with the meeting.
