Coal City (Grundy County) median home prices rose by 9.9% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Coal City in Grundy County rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Coal City in the fourth quarter of 2019.
