City of Lasalle issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
La Salle County has now returned to Phase 4 of the state's COVID-19 mitigation plan. The progression allows for the reopening of bars that do not serve food, gatherings of 50 people or fewer and more. Some capacity limits remain.
