City of Ottawa City Council Met April 29.
Here is the minutes provided by the council:
Present: Thomas G. Ganiere, Marla K. Rodriguez, and Mayor Daniel F. Aussem. Absent: Wayne A. Eichelkraut and James J. Less.
Mayor Aussem presented End of Fiscal Year Expense Report.
Moved by Mayor Aussem that the End of fiscal year 2021 expense report dated April 29, 2021, showing expenses in the amount of $811,715.42, be approved and warrants issued.
Second by Ganiere.
Ayes: Ganiere, Rodriguez, and Mayor Aussem.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Aussem presented Ordinance.
Moved by Mayor Aussem that an Ordinance amending the Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2020, be passed and approved.
Second by Rodriguez.
Ayes: Ganiere, Rodriguez, and Mayor Aussem.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Aussem presented Change Order.
Moved by Mayor Aussem that Change Order #1 from Superior Excavating Co. in the increased amount of $49,842.00, be approved and paid for from the Canal Rewatering Fund.
Second by Rodriguez.
Ayes: Ganiere, Rodriguez, and Mayor Aussem.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Aussem presented motion to adjourn.
Moved by Mayor Aussem that this special meeting be adjourned.
Second by Ganiere.
Ayes: Ganiere, Rodriguez, and Mayor Aussem.
Nays: None. Motion carried. Council adjourned at 9:04 a.m.
