June 2021: Gardner experienced a 1.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Gardner rose by $2,150 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $140,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Gardner in June 2020.
