The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in South Wilmington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in South Wilmington rose by $2,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 2% increase over the $112,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Wilmington in the second quarter of 2020.
