Pricing for the median home in Gardner decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Gardner fell by $1,533 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,467 - a 1.1% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Gardner in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Gardner for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,942, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
