Mazon home prices fell in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Mazon fell by $35,550 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,950 - a 20.5% decrease over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mazon in the first half of 2020.
