Rising home prices in Carbon Hill in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Carbon Hill rose by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 76.5% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Carbon Hill in the first half of 2020.
