Diamond (Grundy County) median home prices rose by 25% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Diamond in Grundy County rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 25% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Diamond in the first half of 2020.
