On July 12, Cumming Ryan and Cumming Breann purchased a home at 2175 E. Rock Ridge Drive, Diamond from Ferguson Thomas Lee and Ferguson Tiffany A. for $345,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,142.54, 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 1, 2014 for $249,000.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Diamond.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas L. Ferguson has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2175 E. Rock Ridge Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tiffany A. Ferguson, 36, and Thomas L. Ferguson, 62.
