On July 12, Favero Blake and Cora Joseph purchased a home at 895 E Pine Bluff Road, Claypool Woods from Derickson Diane M. (successor trustee) and Potochnic Trust John J. for $84,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $427.82, 0.51% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, two properties sold in Claypool Woods.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John J. Potochnic, 88, was the only registered voter residing at 895 E Pine Bluff Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
