July 2021: Marseilles experienced a 11.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Marseilles rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Marseilles in July 2020.
