On Aug. 12, Fatmir Dzabiri sold their home at 1224 Myra Court, Lake Holiday to Michael Olivares for $170,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,972.81, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $83,500 on Sept. 19, 2003.

So far in August 2021, six properties sold in Lake Holiday.
