On Sept. 23, Jeriann Lamb sold their home at 2611 E. 28th Road, Marseilles to Joshua and Sonja Novotney for $524,000.

So far in September 2021, 13 properties sold in Marseilles.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joan D. Lamb, 77, was the only registered voter residing at 2611 E. 28th Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
