501 Erma Drive, Lake Holiday sold by Carl E. Aubele

On Oct. 29, Carl E. Aubele sold their home at 501 Erma Drive, Lake Holiday to Megan Munder and Tyron McCord for $250,000.

So far in October 2021, 16 properties sold in Lake Holiday.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Carl E. Aubele has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 501 Erma Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joan Aubele, 61, Carl E. Aubele, 61, and Natalie D Aubele, 32.
