The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Adam Kinzinger, Kinzinger for Congress, refunded $250 to David Stark on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Kinzinger for Congress has refunded $35,550 total since April 1.
