• Discuss/motion to approve quote from Communication Works in the amount of $4,984.00 for relocation of certain radio control station roof-mounted antennas to radio communications tower (Bernabei)
• UPS converter issue Ficek checking on warranty; likely caused failure of MPD and MFD power supply failures. (Bernabei)
• Discuss IVRD’s obligation for maintenance of back-room radio equipment located at IVRD (Bernabei)
• LEADS network PPD completed, SVPD in progress via CPCC, Oglesby, LaSalle, and Mendota to follow. (Bernabei)
• Comcast Internet scheduled for early December and will be backup service and IV Net will be primary. (Bernabei)
D) Labor Management Committee (Bernabei/Duncan/Kellen/Rivara {Hayse-board employee interview representative})
• Motion to approve return part-time hire TC26 effective November 9, 2021 (Duncan)
• Motion to hire selected full-time candidate to fill 11th full-time position. (Duncan)
• Personnel update current staffing now 11 full-time and 5 part-time. (Bernabei)
o T15 and T16 have completed 8 weeks training as of 11/28/21, assigned to cover shifts 2pm-2am through new shift bids on 1/9/22 and will have completed 12 weeks training program.
o T24 has completed 6 weeks of training.
o T25 has completed 5 weeks of training.
o T26, former full-time TC, returned part-time and is now sitting second chair.
