MINUTES
Alderman Waldorf made a motion to approve the Public Services Meeting minutes of October 21, 2021. Alderman Lukosus seconded the motion; motion carried.

AIRPORT
Alderman Lukosus updated the committee on the corporate hangar relocation and site work on the Marquis project.
Eric Carls, Director of Engineering and Zoning reported on the TIPS meeting in Springfield for upcoming projects. Mr. Carls stated the first project for the 2022 project list will be bid in January.
CEMETERY

PARKS & RECREATION
Alderman Edgcomb asked about plans for pickleball. Eric Carls, Director of Engineering and Zoning reported the immediate plan for next year are improvements to the courts at Washington Park, adding four new courts.
CODE ENFORCEMENT/BUILDING & ZONING
Eric Carls, Director of Engineering and Zoning reported on an issue with sump pump discharge for a duplex cluster in north Peru. Violators have been notified. Carls is researching options.
ENGINEERING
Eric Carls, Director of Engineering and Zoning reported on the following projects:
• Peoria and Plank Road
o Final punch list
• Sewer Separation
o Final punch list
• 7th Street Sewer Separation
o Delayed with contractor-monitoring daily
• 2022 Capital Projects
o Deep Sewer/Water Street
o General Fund Street Program
o Wenzel Road extension
Mr. Carls reported on resolution for receipt of Rebuild Illinois Bond funds.
BUILDING & GROUNDS
Alderman Lukosus presented a list of requested update/improvements to the airport terminal building.
