Hennepin home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hennepin rose by $43,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 45.3% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hennepin in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Hennepin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,138, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
