Standard median home prices rose by 1.9% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Standard rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $78,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Standard in 2020.

The median sales tax in Standard for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,229, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
