The second half of 2021: Lostant experienced a 4.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lostant rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,750 - a 4.6% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lostant in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lostant for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,220, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
