Rising home prices in Peru in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Peru rose by $12,250 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $97,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Peru in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Peru for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,188, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
