The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Serena fell by $101,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 37.7% decrease over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Serena in the second half of 2020.
