Rising home prices in North Utica in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in North Utica rose by $89,750 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 64% increase over the $140,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in North Utica in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Utica for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,608, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
