Lake Holiday home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lake Holiday rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Lake Holiday in 2020.
