Seneca (LaSalle County) median home prices rose by 51.8% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Seneca in LaSalle County rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 51.8% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Seneca in December 2020.
