2. Ordinance – Declaring surplus revenue in the Ottawa East TIF District special tax allocation  fund & authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the LaSalle County Treasurer for  distribution to affected taxing districts on a pro-rata basis 

3. Resolution – Authorizing the Mayor to execute Music in the Parks & Music in the Streets  contracts 

4. Resolution – Authorizing the Flood Commission to review & update the National Hazard  Mitigation Plan
