Eric Gleim purchases 604 Third St., Mendota

On Jan. 11, David R. McNally sold their home at 604 Third St., Mendota to Eric Gleim for $120,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,844.56, which is 3.2% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Mendota as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Amanda Allgood, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 604 Third St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
