Scott and Nancy Gerkitz acquire 537 Guthrie St., Ottawa

The home at 537 Guthrie St., Ottawa was sold on Feb. 1 by Jeffrey C Pabian for $215,000. The buyers were Scott and Nancy Gerkitz.

So far in February 2022, three properties sold in Ottawa.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jeffrey C. Pabian has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 537 Guthrie St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brandi N. Rideout, 27, Ellen Jean Pabian, 69, and Jeffrey C. Pabian, 64.
