On March 3, John Aubele purchased a home at 815 W. Walnut St., Oglesby from Lucille L. Omahen for $145,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $1,542.78, which is 1.06% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Oglesby as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lucille Omahen has been registered to vote since 1950 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 815 W. Walnut St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: James a Omahen, and Lucille Omahen.
