On March 11, James and Katelyn Finnell purchased a home at 612 Jordan St., Oglesby from William C. Matthews for $126,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,680.90, 2.92% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, three properties sold in Oglesby.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William C. Matthews has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 612 Jordan St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: William C. Matthews, 56, and Kathy Matthews, 58.
