MINUTES
Alderman Sapienza made a motion to approve the Finance Committee Minutes of February 14, 2022. Alderman Payton seconded the motion; motion carried.
DISBURSMENTS
Committee reviewed and approved the disbursements for payment on February 14, 2022.

OLD BUSINESS
Justin Miller, Director of Finance provided the following finance update:
• Budget Update-tabled
• ERP System Update-tabled
Alderman Payton asked the committee to review draft of budget and prepare questions for the next Finance Committee meeting.
Kim Reese, Director of Human Resources reported on the following:
• Updated the mask policy (effective February 28th, mask optional)
• Meeting with fire union on 3/4/22
Tabled discussion of video gaming ordinance.

Alderman Payton made a motion to go into closed session to discuss meetings where the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body is being considered, including meetings held for the purpose of discussion whether a particular parcel should be acquired, or where the public body is considering the setting of a price for sale or lease of its property. Alderman Tieman seconded the motion. City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Payton, Sapienza and Tieman voting aye; Alderman Buffo absent; motion carried.
Closed session began at 6:35 p.m.; ended at 6:58 p.m.
Alderman Payton made a motion to reopen the meeting. Alderman Tieman seconded the motion. City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Payton, Sapienza and Tieman present; Alderman Buffo absent.
Alderman Tieman made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Sapienza seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
