SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Peru City Council was called to order by Mayor Ken Kolowski in the Peru City Council Chambers on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 5:03 p.m.
City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Tieman, Payton, Edgcomb, Sapienza and Lukosus present; Aldermen Waldorf, Ballard and Buffo absent. Mayor Kolowski present.
Others in attendance: Corporate Counsel Scott Schweickert, Director of Engineering and Zoning Eric Carls and Economic Development Director Bob Vickery
Corporate Counsel Scott Schweickert presented a proposed resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-06
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
Alderman Tieman made a motion the resolution be adopted as written and read. Alderman Payton seconded the motion. City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Ballard, Tieman, Payton, Edgcomb, Waldorf, Sapienza and Lukosus voting aye; Alderman Buffo absent; motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Payton made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Alderman Tieman seconded the motion and motion carried. Meeting adjourned 5:05 p.m.
