Ordinance – Providing for the issue not to exceed $5,175,000 of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the purpose of paying the costs of a new swimming pool in and for the City, providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of principal and interest on the bonds and the levy of taxes to pay such principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payment & authorizing the sale of the bonds to Bernardi Securities, Inc.

7. Ordinance – Providing for the issue not to exceed $1,550,000 of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the purpose of paying the costs of capital improvements and equipment acquisition for the City’s fire department, providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of principal and interest on the bonds and the levy of taxes to pay such principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payment & authorizing the sale of the bonds to Bernardi Securities, Inc.

8. Ordinance - Providing for the issue not to exceed $1,175,000 of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding obligations of the City which refinanced waterworks and sewerage system improvements, providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of principal and interest on the bonds and the levy of taxes to pay such principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payment & authorizing the sale of the bonds to Bernardi Securities, Inc.
