A LaSalle County native is hosting a bingo event that would include a drag show which will be held at the Downers Grove Public Library.

Tyler "TyTy" Reviglio, whose stage name is Aurora Divine would be hosting the "Drag Queen Bingo" night on Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 7 p.m to 8:30 p.m.  Downers Grove Public Library has a maximum capacity of 100, and anyone interested to register at this time should join the wait list as the event is already full. The event is open to all Grades 7 to 12.

"Join Aurora Divine for some classic bingo! Multiple games will be played for prizes with a short drag performance included," the event landing page reads.

Awake Illinois has launched a “call of action” campaign over the planned show in which they are asking activists to attend the next library board meeting and send letters to the municipality.

“The last thing I want is for our community children to be exposed to sexually charged content simply because they visited their local library,” an Awake Illinois form letter reads, Dupage Policy Journal reported. “Lewd adult content doesn’t belong at a public library event for any age group. As a taxpayer and concerned citizen, I urge the Downers Grove Library to cancel the event and discipline the staff involved in planning and hosting the event. Additionally, I request a response to questions on why this event allowed minors to register, provide their contact information and share their grade level without parental notification.”

Reviglio is a 31-year-old wig stylist and self-described "Musical Theatre McGyver" from Peru, in LaSalle County, 100 miles west of Chicago.

The host is renowned throughout the Chicagoland region for performing an adult act. The North Side Chicago bar My Buddy's will present "Drag Bingo" on Sep. 1, hosted by Aurora Divine, according to HappeningNext.com. A drag queen bingo event called "Balls out" was also organized by Aurora Divine in March at Charlie's Chicago, a bar in the city's Boystown district. The neighboring Steam Works Baths, a nearby "gay sauna", funded the appearance, according to Dupage Policy Journal

Reviglio has performed for community theaters in the LaSalle-Peru region, including those in junior high and high schools, according to his business website. In 2007, Educators of Beauty Cosmetology School awarded him a diploma. Reviglio currently resides in the west suburban community of Elmwood Park, according to his Tik-Tok page.
