Tonica taxpayers paid $7,707 in Municipal Sales Tax in February, according to Illinois tax records.

This is a decrease from the month before when $8,527 was collected.

Taxpayers in Tonica have paid $100,586 in Municipal Sales Tax in the last 12 months.

The Municipal Sales Tax is collected for municipal governments' use.

Illinois is the highest taxed state in the US.
