DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING PETITIONS: Request of Laura Pappas of 432 Creve Coeur Street for a speed bump in the alley near their residence and related matters.

Request of Anthony Belter on behalf of Revival Restaurant Co. (d.b.a. Thyme Craft Kitchen) for a Mobile Food Vendor permit and related matters.

Request of Gretchen Gonzalez on behalf of The Camden Bar & Lounge for a Special Event Permit to allow a food truck to be parked in the alley or in the parking space in front of the business for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 and related matters.

Request for a Solicitor’s Permit from Corbin McCabe of IGS Energy and related matters.

REPORTS OF CITY OFFICERS

Treasurer’s Report for January 2023 showing total cash balances in La Salle State Bank of $14,775,843.85 and in Hometown National Bank of $7,198,647.88

COMMUNICATIONS

Illinois Department of Revenue report showing sales tax collected for November 2022 of $91,893.74 and Home Rules Sales Tax of $77,911.59 for a total of $169,805.33.

BIDS

Discussion and potential recommendation regarding bid award for Hegeler Park to Sobieski Street Detention Sewer Separation project and related matters.

APPOINTMENTS

Recommendation of the Police Chief and the Board of Fire and Police Commission for a promotion to the position of Sergeant from the Sergeant’s Eligibility List and related matters.

STANDING COMMITTEES

Discussion and potential action on the recommendation of the Finance Committee regarding the finances of the Celebration of Lights.

Discussion and potential action on the recommendation of the Finance Committee regarding the replacement of two truck dump bodies and related matters.
