Q3 2022 Recap: 1 parolee from Lasalle County convicted of crimes involving alcohol set for release

There was one offender convicted of a crime involving alcohol living in Lasalle County released on parole during the third quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows the released offender was a man. He was convicted in 2011 when he was 33 years old. He is now 45.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
