City of Ottawa Special Events Committee met Feb. 16.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Meeting Called to Order: 5:30 pm
Present: Michael Dougherty, Heidy Eisert, Dan Eilts, Robin Wilson, Jim Reilly, Rich Crum
Absent: Lucas Hennenfent, Wayne Eichelkraut, Jani Eichelkraut, Candy Moore
There were no Guests or Funding Requests
Minutes from November 17th Meeting were discussed, Motioned by Robin to Approve, second by Rich, Motion carried
Financial Report was tabled after questions by Jim. To be discussed at next Meeting
Old Business: Discussion on Festival of Lights Parade 2022. All agreed Rich Did a Great Job
Music in the Park 2023 Bands were discussed and things are progressing
Other: Discussion on 3rd Thursdays is a conflict for some members due to other commitments
Meeting adjourned at 6:40pm
