Drew Merriman of Oglesby references military personnel and his friend who served in Viet Nam.
Greg Stein of Oglesby asked a question to clarify the word “test” in the ordinance regarding check valves. He also asked if the sewer had been separated or if there were items getting into the sanitary sewer through the storm sewer. Greg inquired about an ordinance (1216) that had been discussed at the prior meeting, stating that he feels that ordinance was heavy handed and makes it difficult for owners of older buildings to make repairs on their own.
