ROLL CALL: Aldermen Edgcomb and Tieman present; Alderman Buffo absent; Mayor Kolowski present.

OTHER PERSONS PRESENT: Aldermen Waldorf, Lukosus and Payton

MINUTES

Alderman Edgcomb made a motion to approve the Police and Fire Committee Minutes of March 13, 2023. Alderman Tieman seconded the motion; motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

PSM/Fire Chief Jeff King reported on engine repairs to Squad 325 from Cummins Sales & Service for a cost not to exceed $33,693.49. Alderman Ballard reported he had reviewed the estimated and discussed the proposed plan with the shop and recommends the full $33,693.49.

NEW BUSINESS

None

None

CLOSED SESSION

Alderman Edgcomb made a motion to go into closed session to discuss minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the act either for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes required by the act. Alderman Tieman seconded the motion. Clerk Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Edgcomb and Tieman present; Mayor Kolowski present. Alderman Buffo absent.

Closed session began at 6:50 p.m. and ended at 6:50 p.m.

Alderman Tieman made a motion to re-open the meeting. Alderman Edgcomb seconded the motion. Clerk Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Edgcomb and Tieman present; Mayor Kolowski present. Alderman Buffo absent. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Alderman Tieman made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Edgcomb seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
