Treasurer’s Report for August 2023 showing total cash balances in La Salle State Bank of $13,874,713.88 and in Hometown National Bank of $8,522,992.67.

Building Inspector’s Report for August 2023 showing total fees collected of $3,844.00 with total value of construction of $3,090,258.00.

COMMUNICATIONS

Illinois Department of Revenue report showing sales tax collected for June 2023 of $11,1774.74 and Home Rules Sales Tax of $97,756.24 for a total of $209,530.98.

Authorization of Pay Request #6 for Vissering Construction Company totaling $322,915.32 for work completed to date on WTP Improvements 2022 project and related matters.

Authorization of Pay Request #11 for Vissering Construction Company totaling $176,927.40 for work completed to date on Aerobic Digester Conversion project and related matters.
