DISBURSEMENTS for October 25, 2023

Motion to authorize 2024 property casualty and workman’s compensation insurance with IMLRMA in the amount of $446,543.56.

2. PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE

Discuss and approve crane services costs for generator #1 repairs. River Docks for an amount not to exceed $16,000.00.

Discuss and approve the arc flash protection equipment for the Hydroelectric plant switchgear. Circuit Breaker Sales for $24,625

Discuss and approve the final repair bills for unit #2 at the Hydroelectric plant. HCMS / Thompson Construction for $64,198.21 and $49,996.34.

Discuss and approve the proposal for the creation of City of Peru electric service and customer interconnection standards. BHMG Engineers for $20,000.

Discuss and approve the proposal for creation of an operations, inspection & maintenance policy with economic justification study with Hydro Partners not to exceed $45,000.

Motion to approve a proposal from Universal Asphalt & Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $16,500.0 for asphalt work at 10th Street and Plain Street.

Motion to award the Fire Station/IVRD exterior building improvements Lite Construction in the amount of $449,700.00.
