• Section 14.06.05 (B) which requires the planting of trees within the transition yard along the northern perimeter of the development, adjacent to the alley
• Section 14.05.020 D (B) which requires a minimum of 24’ drive lane width.

13. Raffle License Permit for Oglesby Ambulance Association
14. Place on File IMEA Power Sales Contract Extension through 2055. (20-year extension)
15. Authorize Mayor to enter into easements agreements with Buzzi Unicem for water, sewer and storm sewer near the dry bridge and wastewater and storm water related to work at the proposed wastewater treatment plant. (McDermott)
