1. Motion to Open Public Hearing PZ-01-2024

The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive and consider testimony, public comment and other evidence pertaining to an application of Benjamin Pogliano of NFG Properties, LLC as contract purchaser (Lori Nicoletti Fenili owner of the subject property), for the following variations of the Village of Diamond Code of Ordinances: (1) Section 151.176(J)(2) required surface of a parking area (2) Section 151.176(J)(3) required screening from a residence district, and (3) Section 151.180 schedule of parking requirements, for the property commonly known as 2290 E. Division Street, Diamond, IL.
