FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES
ROLL CALL: Aldermen Payton, Sapienza, and Tieman present. Alderman Ballard absent.
MINUTES
Alderman Sapienza made a motion to approve the Finance Committee Minutes of September 16, 2024.
Alderman Tieman seconded the motion; motion carried.

Finance Officer Tracy Mitchell reported she received the draft audit for review, and everything looks clean so far.
Ms. Mitchell reported she is working on the annual treasurer’s report.

Mayor Kolowski reported on a local filmmaker that would like to film on municipal property.
Mayor Kolowski reported on a new business prepping to open on Wenzel Road, Midea Heating and Cooling.
